  • Do the products have a warranty?
    Yes all of the products we sell maintain their manufacturer's warranty.
  • Is Yell Audio & Video insured?
    Yes we are fully insured for residential and commercial projects.
  • What documentation is available?
    Line schematics, Floorplan layout, Rack layout, Signal flow, Systems overview, product manuals, product information (serial numbers, MAC addresses, model numbers, etc.)
  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
    Pricing is important but more importantly find an installer who they trust and are comfortable with supporting.
  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
    We have been doing business since 2008, CEDIA and CES certified, and our lead technicians have at least 5 years of on-the-job-experience.
  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?"
    Labor pricing includes all necessary materials to complete a typical task. The current state of our economy has led to price increases. All product pricing is consistent with MSRP and often is lower. Circumstances and needs can impact labor and materials need to meet expectations. Any additional equipment can be purchased through us, and we prefer working with our own equipment and brands.
  • What types of customers have you worked with?
    We work with anyone who needs help. Typical clients: work from home, have Wi-Fi issues, are homeowners, restaurants, business owners/managers, home builders, general contractors, have a passion for music and entertainment, want to monitor property (security), have/are relocating, designers, IT companies.
